All Wine Insiders packages require an adult signature due to the contents being alcohol. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t signed for it, please check with neighbors or building management who may have signed on your behalf.

Also, double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation to ensure it’s correct. Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered but take extra time to arrive.
