If you’ve already tried resetting your password but didn’t receive the email, it’s possible that your account needs to be reactivated. After our website update, all customers were required to REACTIVATE their accounts.To do so, please enter the name and email address associated with your Wine Insiders account, choose a new password, and click the "CREATE/REACTIVATE" button.
You’ll then receive an email to verify your email address. Once verified, you'll be able to log in to your Wine Insiders account.
