I missed my delivery attempt. How can I get my package?Updated 3 months ago

If you miss your delivery, don’t worry! FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to us. To avoid delays, you can redirect your order to a FedEx Hold Location, where it will be available for pickup for five business days.

To request a hold:

  1. Open your FedEx tracking page from your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click "Manage Delivery" → "Hold at Location."
  3. Select a nearby FedEx location.
